Global Ergonomics Month
October is known as Global Ergonomics Month. Global Ergonomics Month is a month-long initiative held annually to raise awareness of ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) hazards in workplaces. The pinnacle event for 2018 is the launch of the New Musculoskeletal (MSD) Guideline for Ontario on October 1, 2018 at a conference in Toronto. This newly revised Guideline provides updated content and a host of tools and resources targeted to meet the needs of organizations of all types and sizes. Following the launch the website will be live for all to use. Watch for further developments on the OHCOW or System Partner Websites for the link October 2nd 2018.
