July 6, 2015 – OHCOW’s submission regarding the Ontario Ministry of Labour’s Consultation on Proposed Changes to Ontario Regulation 490/09 – Designated Substances and the Requirements for Medical Surveillance, Respiratory Protection and Measuring.
Thanks to the many OHCOW staff, physicians, partners and stakeholders (including representatives from WHSC, ONA, Unifor, RNAO, OFL, and CELA ) who took the time to research, discuss and review the issues, and particularly to John Oudyk, Occupational Hygienist in the Hamilton clinic, for his dedicated and detailed leadership in organizing the team, analyzing the evidence, and pulling it all together.
