The Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers (OHCOW) is pleased to announce our free annual international webinar celebrating 20 years of increasing awareness on musculoskeletal disorders and related occupational health issues on February 28, 2019.
Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) refers to a category of injuries involving damage to muscles, tendons and nerves caused by overuse or misuse.
Each year much of Ontario’s workforce sustain Repetitive Strain Injuries, more workers sustain RSIs than all other occupational injuries combined. These injuries are also increasingly being reported by students and others in our communities. What is both troubling and a source of encouragement is knowing RSIs are preventable.
Workplace injuries such as repetitive strain injuries (RSI’s) affect 15% or over 5 million Canadians. To increase awareness on these issues, the Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers (OHCOW) is pleased to offer RSI Day+. Join us for our free webinar as we celebrate the 19th year if increasing awareness.
