Repetitive Strain Injuries Awareness 2017
Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs), also known as musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), are injuries of the ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves that affect 2.3 million Canadians each year. A large proportion of these injuries (which can significantly limit the ability to perform daily activities) are caused by work. RSIs develop through repetitive, forceful and/or awkward movements. Attend this annual event/webinar to understand RSI risks, and learn ways to avoid these common and debilitating injuries.
