SUMMARY:Occ-COVID Conversation: Investigating Deaths & Outbreaks\, an underused tool
DESCRIPTION:Apply Incident Cause Analysis Methods\, a core OHS principle\, to identify contributing process & system factors for Awareness and Prevention!\nWith the highly transmissible sub-variant XBB1.5 (“Kraken”) on the rise in Ontario\, preventing exposure and transmission is more important than ever. \nWhenever there is a critical injury or death it is really important to do a detailed incident investigation that incorporates identifying all contributing factors and root cause analysis. This is actually law in Ontario\, but is seldom applied to occupational illness and disease. \nMore info and register here. \n
