Aging workers and the workplace



By 2011, it is estimated that 41% of the workforce will be between the ages of 45 and 64. How aging affects us, what is known about the aging worker in the workplace, and suggestions for creating a safe and aging worker friendly workplace have been examined by OHCOW.
